- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My customer experience awesome. Namely thanks to AJ. As soon as I walked in he asked "Can I help you with anything?" I told him I needed to return a book rental and was looking for a box, and within seconds he suggested a bubble package, which was definitely a more practical option. He then asked for the book...I gave it to him with the corresponding labels I printed beforehand and he took care of the rest...and within two minutes I was out of the door with the tracking number and receipt. Overall, the experience was quick, friendly and effective (as I accomplished when I intended to). Much thanks to AJ!By DJ Purnell, January 21, 2017
