  Cole is a great rep for the company. He was helpful and I give him 5 stars. However the financing manager must have gotten me a higher rate to make the company money because I had a 4.6% rate from my own bank of Chase, and they signed me up for a 6.6% rate from IU Credit Union saying it was the best rate I could get. So something fishy happened here.

  It took me 15 years to even consider going to the dealer near Town & Country. Yes, I am a grudge holder. I AM SO GLAD I WENT EXPLORING! What a wonderful experience and I have changed my attitude. Martin, Josh and Team were wonderful. They helped us find a car that was beautiful and not too costly. AND WE DID IT QUICKLY! THANK YOU KIA!

  I had a great experience here. This was may first time going through a car dealership and I went in not knowing what to expect, however; my sales rep, Martin Fogleman, was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable working with him. I am currently very happy with my new KIA. As a single mother of two, I needed a spacious, long lasting, dependable vehicle and I believe I received what I was looking for. It would have been nice to know some of the extra costs of the warranty, GAP insurance, etc. right off the bat when negotiating the payment plan. I assumed these costs were already included in the price when trying to figure out the monthly payments. As I stated before, this was my first time going through a dealership and this could possibly be the way they do things everywhere. Overall great experience!
