  I have mixed feelings about it. I despise chase bank in general but the customer service at the bank is okay. Its not out standing but its not awful or rude. I really dislike that they have these really great ATM's "inside" the bank that gives you exact change but they don't have them outside. So if you need to make a withdrawal for exact change and you don't want it in 20 dollar increments, you can only do it when they are open. I think they do it that way, so people will come inside the bank. It gives the people that work there something to do. Its just incredibly inconvenient and irritating. If you put them out side people are still going to come inside for bank questions like about how you rip people off with 34 dollar over draft fees or for another example like how you add an additional 15 dollar overdraft fee for the late overdraft fee for the 34 dollar overdraft. Or maybe the fact that you had a sign on your door that said you were closed for the holidays until January 4th. I thought the Holidays where over after December, but I guess not. You never know I'm sure people will have a reason to come into chase bank for more questions about ridiculous polices you have and what not.
