- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Should be an option for zero stars. White haired, tall, heavy set man with glasses needs to be educated in customer service. He has no concept of customer service especially when it comes to helping customers save money by offering more affordable options. Also has no idea how to apologize when he makes a mistake on postage costs. Won't be going back to this post office because of this individual. Thanks to this type of postal worker the pack and ship stores do well. I'll be switching to a pack and ship store for all future shipping needs like the Office Depot store or Pakmail, both of which take USPS packages.By Mike Jones, March 03, 2017
