    Not sure if it's this offices problem or just state farms problem in general but I have been a loyal customer for awhile now and have never missed a payment and recently my bill shot up because for some reason multi car discount was taken off (I was never given an explanation why it was either) and when I called to have it fixed they said it was added on and my bill would be normal when it came out of my account, well of course 2 weeks later when the automatic payment came out it was not fixed it was the larger amount so I call again and I'm told they will have to call the billing department and told me to call back, so I called back 3 hours later and no one had called the billing department and I was told again to call back and not given any reason as to why the billing department wasn't called already. I call back 3 hours later and someone was just then on hold with the billing department, I was told I could get called back after they were done, so another hour or so passes and no one has called so I call again and they tell me they spoke with the billing department and that I will have a credit on my next bill but it will still be a little higher because the discount for having a child in the car was taken off because they no longer offered it so okay great that's fine, well guess what get my bill this month and what do you know it had no change its still the original higher amount (no credit given, no change from multi car going back on) so I call and of course I'm told they don't do anything about it now, I will have to call back so here I am wasting another day dealing with this when I was assured a month ago it was all corrected. Also I don't know if anyone else has this issue but it seems like every month my bill fluctuates it's never the same... Weird right? I had Allstate before and that never happened it was always the same payment each month. The people I speak to there are nice, but they seem to tell you one thing will happen and then you call back and it hasn't happened and they can't seem to explain why. *Update: I called back on my lunch, like I was told to do and that it would all be resolved, all I'm told is that I now have to wait until next month to be credited what they over-charged last month and will now over-charge this month, still absolutely no explanation, just told to call back again later for that. Seriously WTH state farm this is ridiculous!!!!!! **Update again: called and thought it was almost all resolved (but again was supposed to get a call back and never did so I called myself) and I was told one minute by the office manager that I just needed to call back and make a manual payment of the new (lesser amount, now would be $128) on the 15th and then it would be back to normal next month and I would get my credit next month also (still frustrating that it would be a month later than I was originally told) well she transfers me to the owner Lisa herself and after talking with her for not even 2 minutes she tells me I don't deserve the discount actually (keep in mind I had been told multiple times by multiple people that I would get it again) and that I should just be happy it was put back on because I don't deserve it and that I would need to actually call on the 15th and pay the higher amount now and get no more credit, so this making me wonder what changed in the 10 minutes since I was just told by the office manager the complete opposite? I honestly feel like I was being punished and getting a discount taken away because I complained and inconvenienced her. Also she could not stop interrupting me, she put me on hold in the middle of me talking and left me on hold for long periods, she never apologized for her staff telling me wrong information and she ultimately hung up on me in the middle of me asking her to just explain why this all happened. Her staff is very polite but they just don't seem to know how to give correct information, but again they were all very polite. As for the owner Lisa Allen she was RUDE and not kind in anyway and really didn't seem to care about me or my business.
