Why do I have to have an account to get $.25???? Are they gonna give me some quarters for free? NO!!!!!!!!! Just exchange $20 to $20!! It was even illegal to deny my request! DO NOT USE THIS BANK AT ALL. SO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are so unkind and very selfish. They didn't even see me. I've never seen this kinda bank in my life time.
